You have a couple of different ways to get your first speeder. The first quest in the Legacy series will reward you a speeder. You can also receive a flash speeder by using a command. Type the command /flash into your chat bar, and hit enter. You will then receive a deed for the speeder in your inventory. Please note that only the first one is free, and each additional will cost 20,000 credits.
