This depends on the type of quest this is. If it’s a space quest, you will want to check your datapad (K by default) and delete the quest from there. For most ground quest, you should be able to abandon them by viewing it in your journal (J). If neither of these work for you, you can reach out to a CSR via Discord and they can assist you further.
